EASY Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Puree with Maple Syrup and Cream and I am FREE for You!


Hi everyone. How can this homely root vegetable become such a lovely and sweet side dish for Thanksgiving? I am throwing in an extra recipe this week to get you ready for the big day. Whether you are hosting or being a guest, no need to worry; this dish will put you at ease since it is both simple and delicious. Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Puree with Maple Syrup and Cream:

1 1b peeled, chunks sweet potato, steamed
2 TBS heavy cream
1 TBS unsalted butter, chopped
2 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt

Mash hot, steamed potatoes and immediately stir in the butter so it melts
Add in the heavy cream, maple syrup and salt
Serve hot
