Sweet Potato Puree with Maple Syrup and Cream:
1 1b peeled, chunks sweet potato, steamed
2 TBS heavy cream
1 TBS unsalted butter, chopped
2 TBS maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
Mash hot, steamed potatoes and immediately stir in the butter so it melts
Add in the heavy cream, maple syrup and salt
Serve hot

You're a lifesaver! It was just the recipe I needed since I have just decided TODAY to host a Thanksgiving dinner for my British friends here in Scotland. (And celebrate Annelise's first birthday!)
