Frozen Banana with Almond Butter and Chipotle Oil!
3/4 sliced banana, frozen (easy way to do this is to peel a banana, slice it on a cutting board or plate, lay the slices flat and separated from one another and freeze for about 1/2 hour. I do this with blackening bananas so always have a large bag of them frozen in the freezer. Once they are individually frozen like this you can add them to the bag and they won’t stick together)
1 TBS almond butter
pinch sea salt or kosher salt
drizzle of chipotle olive oil or olive oil with a sprinkle of ground chipotle spice
Serves one lucky diner!
