Hi everyone! We have a repeat performance by Beth Parkinson who brings us another healthy lunch with a spicy twist for a moist sandwich. I love that she separates the sandwich and the spread until the time to dine!:
Nitrate- free pepperoni on baguette, hot red pepper relish on the side which prevents sandwich from getting soggy as Miles puts it in on right before he eats it, fresh ripe melon, water.
