Hello everyone! This is as simple as simple can get. Just get a good peeler and you’re on your way.One might even call this dessert “healthy”.
Caramelized Apples with Mascarpone:
6 cups apples, peeled and sliced thinly
4 Tbs butter
3 Tbs coconut sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
In a medium sized saute pan over medium flame , melt the butter.
Add in the peeled, sliced apples and saute for about 10 minutes until the apples soften a little but don’t let them get too mushy.
Stir in the coconut sugar, the cinnamon and salt and remove from the heat.
Top with dollops of the mascarpone and serve.
