Vegan Chocolate Almond Mayonnaise Cake:

Good lord, this cake is DELICIOUS!!! It’s made with a vegan mayo so perfect for your diverse food group of family and friends. Sir Kensington is DELICIOUS!!!!

Vegan Chocolate Almond Mayonnaise Cake:

2 cups white flour

1 cup white sugar

3 Tbs cocoa powder, unsweetened

2 tsp baking soda

1/8 tsp Kosher salt

1 cup Sir Kensington Vegan Mayonnaise

1 cup water

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp almond extract

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, water and extracts.

Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and pour the mixture into a parchment paper lined 9″x9″ baking pan.

Place the baking pan on the center rack of the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean in the center.

Let cool and then frost with your favorite vegan frosting.
