Sun Dried Tomato Hummus
4 cups chick peas
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tsp cumin
1 cup water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Puree all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
