One Bowl Baked Ziti and Comment to Win BIG!!!

Hi everyone. Once in a while, healthy opportunities in life are so easy to take advantage of like free magazines donated to a school and distributed, commenting on my Dishin’ in Montclair (please go to the site and comment answering a Madonna question to win a big care package-it’s so easy!!!!)

and to make this one bowl recipe for baked ziti!

One Bowl Baked Ziti:

4 cups cooked Rigatoni or Penne pasta
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmiaggiani
1 cup pasta sauce
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste

Combine all above ingredients in a big bowl, pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until steamy hot through.
