One Bowl Baked Ziti:
4 cups cooked Rigatoni or Penne pasta
1 cup grated mozzarella
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmiaggiani
1 cup pasta sauce
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 tsp salt
ground pepper to taste
Combine all above ingredients in a big bowl, pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until steamy hot through.

mmmm, this looks like a great choice when i'm too lazy to make lasagna. covered or uncovered on the casserole dish?
Hi Mary Lee! I would do it uncovered and cover it if it starts getting too brown on top before it's heated through. Enjoy!!
