If you can make healthy eating a priority, time for prep work will be allocated. All it takes is a simple sandwich with healthy ingredients to provide a host of nutrients we all need.

Mine is hummus, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard and mayo on a seven grain bread. YUM!!!!!!!

Mine is Turkey, Humus and TOmatoe on Whole Wheat Pita
And you can also use edamame dip to replace the hummus. So good!
