Extra Chocolatey Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies:

Hi everyone,

The monotony of the pandemic/quarantine is truly driving me berserk. Don’t get me started on the stress of being cooped up with all these fighting teens, day in and day out.

Although it is not great for the meno-paunch, I’ve been relying on my oven and pantry full of baking items to relieve some of the stress and bring in a tad of creativity to my evenings, usually right after dinner.

This recipe is a chocolatized version of my Secret Chocolate Chip cookie recipe from many years ago and it turned out to be a winner. Enjoy it but don’t blame me if you can’t close your pants tomorrow. Misery loves company.
