Hi everyone!
Here’s another simple dip that will not only make you feel like a pro in the kitchen but will keep you healthy and trim with all the vegetables you will use as vehicles to get it in your mouth! Feel free to switch up the beans although you may need to add less or more of the liquids depending on the thickness of the bean puree.
Butter Bean Dip
4 cups cooked butter beans
1/2 cup avocado oil (can get at Costco and even Home Goods!) or any neutral oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1 1/2 tbsp honey, agave, maple syrup or date syrup
Steps:
Puree in a food processor or blender until creamy and smooth.

Looks good! Doubt I can get butter beans in Japan but would lentils or soybeans work?
Absolutely! That would be edamame dip. Lentils will be very watery but I would recommend the edamame,
Yum! Looks delicious. Do you boil your own beans? I love butter beans but you don’t see them much in these parts, or am I not looking in the right place?
Hi Gigi! You can get canned ones in many supermarkets. If I saw them dry, however, I would use my instant pot to make them 🙂
