Hi everyone. As you can see in the photo above, Jonah Hill has clearly made a huge commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
Can I tell you something? I get a little pit in my stomach when I hear people on all these blogs stating that they wonder if he will still be funny now that he has lost so much weight.
I fear that if Jonah Hill is reading these blogs, his feelings will be hurt and he may turn to food, sabotaging all his hard work.
For many, losing weight is fraught with mixed emotions. I hope he has a lot of supports in his life who are cheering him on with only positives, stressing that he is funny and not his overweight body. Only then will he be able to maintain his health.

Beet Salad with Shrimp:
1 cup boiled and peeled shrimp, small or large shrimp chopped
1 cup chopped, cooked beets (or vacuum sealed cooked beets or canned)
1 tsp olive oil
one crushed garlic clove
salt an pepper to taste
2 TBS goat cheese
1 TBS chopped, toasted walnuts
In a medium sized bowl, combine the cooked, chopped beets and shrimp
Add in the olive oil, crushed garlic and stir to coat shrimp and beets
Crumble the goat cheese on top and the toasted chopped walnuts
salt and pepper to taste
